At any time during the first 30 days of service, all clients are eligible for a full 100% refund, no questions asked. Clients are asked to simply contact our billing dept. via a trouble ticket to receive their refund. After 30 days of service, clients can request that their accounts be cancelled at any time, but no refunds shall be made for time left on any particular plan (* with the exception of yearly plans).
* Clients who pay for an entire year of hosting and are past their first 30 days, may request a refund for their remaining unused time. Refunds will only be made for full months.
Clients who have their accounts suspended or terminated for violating the AUP are not entitled to a refund.
