Acceptable Use Policy



Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. If your site is found breaking the rules it will be removed instantly.

SERVER ABUSE:

Attempting to cause harm to a ZenSix server, or any other server on the Internet using an account on ZenSix will result in immediate removal of that account.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY:

In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material.

UNDESIRABLE CONTENT:

Certain types of content are not allowed on ZenSix. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Scripts deemed unsafe or abusive. Public file servers. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the creator and copyright owner of the work.

ADULT CONTENT:

Legal adult content is allowed.

BULK EMAIL:

The use of our network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden. E-mails are capped at 350 per hour.

MISUSE OF SYSTEM RESOURCES:

Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP based message forum.

RESOURCE LIMITS:

* Memory usage may not exceed 10% per domain/file/application
* CPU usage may not exceed 20% per domain/file/application
* Apache connections may not exceed 30 connections
* 15 MySQL maximum user connections allowed
* 350 emails per hour, per domain

If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us first. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

In no event shall ZenSix or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ZenSix's Internet site, even if ZenSix or a ZenSix authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Any claim relating to ZenSix's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


9. Refund Policy

At any time during the first 30 days of service, all clients are eligible for a full 100% refund, no questions asked. Clients are asked to simply contact our billing dept. via a trouble ticket to receive their refund. After 30 days of service, clients can request that their accounts be cancelled at any time, but no refunds shall be made for time left on any particular plan (* with the exception of yearly plans).

* Clients who pay for an entire year of hosting and are past their first 30 days, may request a refund for their remaining unused time. Refunds will only be made for full months.

Clients who have their accounts suspended or terminated for violating the AUP are not entitled to a refund.
