How long does it take to activate my account?
Because we manually approve all new accounts (due to the high percentage of fraud orders), it can take up to 24 hours for your account to be activated. However, most accounts are activated within 12 hours.
What methods of payment do you accept?
All forms of major credit/debit cards are accepted. We also accept PayPal.
Do you allow adult content?
Yes. However these types of sites tend to grow fast and shared hosting may not be your best choice. But as long as your site is legal (in the state of Florida) and doesn't abuse your servers resources, it should be fine.
Do you offer reseller accounts or dedicated servers?
We focus solely on shared hosting at this time.
Is streaming video allowed?
It's allowed, but if many people are viewing your videos at once it can cause your site to use more resources than is allowed.
Can I have a dedicated IP address?
Yes (as long as you have a good reason). They are $4 per month and you must request it via a support ticket.
Do you offer SSH access?
No. For security reasons we no longer offer SSH access for free. If you absolutely must have SSH access, we will activate a jailshell account for you at the price of $30 (one time fee). You will also be required to fax us a copy of your drivers license and/or passport.
Are there any limits on addon domains, databases, subdomains, etc...?
We place no artificial limits on your account. With the exception of space, bandwidth and price, all of the accounts are the same.
Do you offer phone support?
We offer phone support to our customers on the business plan (no longer available). New customers do not have access to phone support.
Do you keep backups of my site?
We perform daily backups, but don't guarantee that we have backups older than 24 hours. We suggest that all of our clients backup their data daily as well. In the end you are responsible for your data, we simply offer redundancy to your own backup plan.
